This is one of the insane stunts I try to pull off in my madness. I set on doing it few months back, but all these while i was visualizing in my head how to construct it. It doesn't help when it's something i can only sew when my mum is out or sleeping (she'll ask!). I rushed to arab street on wed afternoon during lunch break to get leather, thurs night after work to draft and cut materials and sew through the night, woke at late morning on fri (public holiday!) and continue sewing since afternoon till sat wee hours. Sat morning continue till i leave house for the hotel!

so yeah, about full 24 hours (spread out in 2 days) of chionging for this costume, starting off with the headdress, the cape-shoulder, the leotard, shoes and lastly the rest of the cape. Using 16m of wires for headdress and cape, 3yd of leather for the body, and 8yds of fabric for the cape.

thank you ~yuanie for agreeing to be my white rabbit and did such an awesome job on your costume construction, making all the efforts to test interfacing etc (yeah, i was looking through all the various parts! so nicely shaped!)

thank you *sakana for coming by in the morning to help me with little finishings like cutting the shoe flames and trimming my wig fringe~
